Who owns what
The text, images, studio renders, interactive models and the AVAT and MIDAS names and marks on this site belong to Digital Life Line Pte. Ltd. or are used with permission. The interactive 3D models are here so that a visitor can look at a device from any angle; taking them and reusing them as design data needs our written permission.
How to read the product information
This site describes screening and decision-support devices. Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here replaces the judgement of a clinician. A description of a product is a description, not a warranty that it suits a particular purpose, and it is not regulatory approval: whether a product may be sold or used where you are depends on local regulatory status, which varies by market.
No warranty, in plain terms
We work to keep this site accurate and available, and we do not promise that it is either. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using the site or from being unable to use it, and we may change or withdraw any page at any time.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not run, including LinkedIn. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and ours do not travel with the link.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the last update, and the updated terms apply to use of the site after they are published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing on this site varies a contract you may have with Digital Life Line Pte. Ltd.; where the two differ, your contract with us governs.
