Privacy Policy
This site is built to collect nothing from a visitor. This policy says what that means in practice, and what happens to the information that reaches us anyway.
Version 1 — last updated 26 October 2026
What this website does not do
It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no advertising, tracking or social-media code. It carries no form that submits anything: reaching us is by email or by phone, from the details published on our contact page.
Its fonts, scripts, photographs, studio renders and interactive 3D models are served by us, not from a third-party content delivery network. Loading a page here does not disclose a visitor to another company.
What does reach us
Personal data arrives when you choose to send it, by email or by phone. What you include is what we receive — usually a name, an organisation, an email address or number, and whatever you tell us about your interest in the company, AVAT or MIDAS.
A visit itself is not recorded by this site: the software that serves these pages keeps no log of requests. The hosting in front of it may keep standard technical records of traffic, as hosting normally does, under the arrangements its administrator sets.
Why we use it, and for how long
We use what you send us to reply, and to handle the enquiry — a demonstration, a partnership, a procurement question, a job application, a press request. We keep it only for as long as that purpose needs. Afterwards we keep it only where we must: to meet a legal or accounting obligation, to resolve a dispute, or to enforce our own agreements and policies.
Who else may be involved
Our hosting and email providers handle data on our instructions, for the purpose of running those services and under their own terms. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
This website is not a clinical service
Nothing on this site assesses an individual, and the site neither collects nor stores patient data. Patient information belongs to the clinical settings and systems in which our devices are used, and is governed by the controls that apply there.
Your choices
Write to us at the email address on our contact page and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or remove it where we are able to. Ask us not to contact you again and we will not. Because nothing is tracked, there is no consent to withdraw and no cookie setting to change.
This website is operated from Singapore, where the collection, use and disclosure of personal data in connection with it is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the last update, and an updated policy applies from the moment it is published here.
